I just received 2 letters from George W. Bush

In the past I joined to take part in a saving the oceans site and it took part in sending a letter to George W. Bush about the oceans, and I've just recently received a 2 letters from him. Well from reading the letters, he says that he now proclaim June as National Oceans Month.
